Anxiety

Anxiety is a natural response to stress or a perceived threat. It characterized by feelings of unease, worry, and fear. It can manifest as physical such as increaseed heart rate, restlesness, and shortness of breath. Anxiety can vary in intensity and activities and overall well-being. While occasional anxiety is normal, excessive or chronic anxiety. In therapy we will learn to manage and treat anxiety. 

Trauma & EMDR

Trauma can linger into adulthood manifesting as anxiety, hypervigilance, or difficulty forming trusting relationships, as it disrupts the brain's ability to process safety and connection. Unresolved, it may feel like an invivible weight shaping daily life. Through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessubg (EMDR), I will help you rewire your brain's responnse to traumatic memories, reducing their emotional charge and foster resilience. EMDR allows you to process and reslease trauma's grip empowerinng you to redefine your story and live free from it's shadow. 

Depression

Depression is characterized by persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness and a loss of interest or pleasure in activities. It can affect thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, leading to difficulties in various aspects of life. Symptoms of depression may include a persistent low mood, changes in appetite and sleep patterns, loss of energy, difficulty concentration, feelings of guilt or worthlessness, and sometimes thoughts of self-harm or suicide. Depression is effectively treated with therapy.

Relationships, boundaries, and communication are vital components of our lives. Whether you're struggling with conflict in your relationships, difficulty setting healthy boundaries, or challenges in effective communication, I am here to assist you. We will work collaboratively to enhance your interpersonal skills, improve communication patterns, and develop strategies for building healthier and more fulfilling connections.
