Anxiety
Anxiety is a natural response to stress or a perceived threat. It characterized by feelings of unease, worry, and fear. It can manifest as physical such as increaseed heart rate, restlesness, and shortness of breath. Anxiety can vary in intensity and activities and overall well-being. While occasional anxiety is normal, excessive or chronic anxiety. In therapy we will learn to manage and treat anxiety.
Depression
Depression is characterized by persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness and a loss of interest or pleasure in activities. It can affect thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, leading to difficulties in various aspects of life. Symptoms of depression may include a persistent low mood, changes in appetite and sleep patterns, loss of energy, difficulty concentration, feelings of guilt or worthlessness, and sometimes thoughts of self-harm or suicide. Depression is effectively treated with therapy.
Relationship & Communication
Relationships refer to the connections and interactions between individuals. They can exist in various forms, such as romantic are built on trust, mutual understand, mutual understanding, and shared experiences.
Communication is a vital component in any relationship. It involves the exchange of information, thoughtsand emotions between individuals. Effective communication can be taught in therapy. Boundaries and how to effective set and communicate boundaries is also somethihng we will cover in therapy.
